There are a lot of parody films, unfortunately, some are already outdated, some are generally pathetic and now. But recently they began to return to the genre. Space eggs will be released and the Naked Pistol sequel has already been released. It also reached the beloved franchise of a very scary movie. It was in 2000 that the franchise began its journey, so it's time to discuss it.
A Very Scary Movie (2000)
The franchise combined 2 franchises. Scream and I know what you did last summer. Moreover, it is very competent and interesting, while leaving a tribute to both the turns and the parody part. And if you consider that the films themselves banter the genre, this is generally something unique. One start with Carmen (ugh so far) is worth it. Sometimes it's shoving everything in a row, sometimes it's funny. Go ahead or run... to this day, even after 26 years, it is funny and quotable.
There is also humor that is outdated or looks disgusting. But since it's a comedy, it's hard to build humor. I didn't laugh about Miss Male, I didn't laugh with very complicated references. But it's always like that. I was more worried about the parodies, they work well on the ones that are the basis. And for example, the sudden parody of the Blair Witch is not funny at all and is no longer appropriate. And unfortunately, this is a big problem of parodies. The scriptwriters are the people who made an unrealistic blockbuster, and there it's a bunch of humorless parodies.
The actors are, by the way, the symbol of the series. Anna Faris, Regina Hall, the Wayans and Elektra. Although not all parts will have everything. I think this is the highlight of the series and one of my favorite comedies, unfortunately, even now it's difficult to repeat this.

Very Scary Movie 2 (2001)
1 the film had a decent budget and at the same time managed to collect almost 300 million dollars. Which gave us an automatic sequel. 45 million budget...
And yes, I didn't understand what it was spent on. This is a parody of the Ghost of the House on the Hill and the Return of the night ghosts to the house. In fact, the characters just stupidly cringe around the premises and humor with references occurs. And that's another problem, nominally it's a set of scenes and not a movie.
Humor is still good. The beginning of the film became iconic. There is also a story that the legendary Brando was supposed to play tm, he was even paid, but he never played, but the money was left to him. Respect? The movie is also being dragged by old men. Faris and company. And from the new Elliot and Curry, and of course the Cross. But humor for me is still sometimes good, sometimes long-winded and not funny, sometimes nasty.

Very Scary Movie 3 (2003)
I'm really glad that part 2 has collected quite a few too. and 3 scored even more than 2. It is also the 2nd place among the films of the franchise. As well as a lot of new characters.
Faris and Hall are still in business. But many have left. But Rex, Nielsen, Hart, and even a bunch of cameos appeared. Horror has piled up the most, and finally the most literate parodies are here. The Bell, the Signs, the sixth sense. And, as always, there is a lot of basic humor. they took a lot of nasty (almost), a lot of cult scenes again, and accordingly, in terms of the quality of humor, this is probably the best part of the series.
But as I said, it's not the best. Again, humor has problems, and the parodies themselves have problems. If the Bell and the imba Signs are parodies. That's the 6th feeling past.
Nielsen is a legend.

Very Scary Movie 4 (2006)
This time, for some reason, they leaked Tire and Rex to us. There was less Nielsen. But there is humor here. This time, the War of the Worlds, the Curse, the Mysterious Forest, the Saw, and more. Again, there are a lot of parodies. But then everyone was already being scolded for humor.
For example, the only funny thing is that the guy got his legs mixed up. The scene where blind Elektra shits, well, that's the level of Kaha. There are funny scenes related to the War of the Worlds. Especially with the Curse. But a lot of things were already working poorly. And nasty and stupid jokes rather spoiled a lot of things. But there is a lot of horror.
The most memorable thing is to find out that actress Cloris Leachman has an Oscar, and plays a disabled person without dialogues. But that's still not the terrible part. But for now, the latter is for many who expected more.

Very Scary Movie 5 (2013)
In short, shit.
Zucker is already indirectly here. All the basic stuff is gone. And there are almost no new ones. Yes, there's Rex and Shin. But 2 is only at the beginning. No more.
Now they've just stuffed a lot of parodies. But humor is just bad. I laughed heartily at the way Tisdale played the guitar and accidentally switched on the lights, and at the way they joked about the movie Black Swan in some places. But after watching the moment where Snoop Dogg says what the fuck... We'll take it off, you understand that everything is very bad.
Unfortunately, many people consider this movie to be the finale, although it is bad, there were no more parodies. Someone made similar ones, but it was at the level of this part. But as I said, there is an ending, there is a beginning, a new beginning.

Very Scary Movie 6 (2026)
After 13 years, the series returned. They brought back many people they could. The Scream parodies have returned (this time for the last 3 parts). Humor has returned (there is almost nothing nasty). And even new Persians were brought in. And it's worth analyzing everything in more detail.
The series tells about Faris' daughter, who is now also being chased by a maniac, hunting both old and new characters. I am sincerely glad that Shakil, Elektra, and even puffy from parts 3 and 4, who no one called, have returned. But, how should I put it. There's a lot that's not clear.
The film became a set of scenes again. Lots of fan service. For example, the hero of part 1 became Sharif and he's just here? Any references to Guns? There's nothing going to happen to that. Well, like they're running because they've had drinks with something.... Funny? I'm not. There is a sudden reference to the Lines from the scene of the Substance parody. It's kind of funny. But then the scene from the Movie follows, is it just there? No, there are funny scenes, but they are either related to the fan service.
Doofy's here again, he's good now, hooray. There is a one-armed one from 2 parts. Xs why only, but hooray? There is a banter moment with Screams, like they don't know who the maniac is, and then it turned out that there were a lot of them. Cool. But that's because there are many parodies of the Scream. By the way, we were promised harsh humor, but here it's 5 percent of the film. And again, there's a lot of humor that looks funny.
Of the newcomer actors, I can only single out Olivia, ugh. I noticed her from the TV series Knights of Gotham. But the rest of the cartons. The ending, by the way, is quite symbolic, but tough. But as for me, a new beginning has been given.
