Statistics: What Lobotomy Corporation Abnormality Are You?

A harmless anomaly used for training prospective managers. Rumor has it that it became a training anomaly due to being the most docile and tame. It's called the "Dummy Bunny," but it doesn't like carrots. It does, however, like people. When escaping, he simply follows the person leaving the detention cell. | Classified as a Risk Level 2 as it can breach containment, unlike Risk Level 1 (ZAYIN) anomalies that are incapable of escape.

A silent anomaly embodying the conflict between good and evil. It appears as a large skull attached to a cross adorned with a crown of thorns, hovering about two meters above the ground. The skull's empty sockets stare intently at anyone who encounters it. Despite its ominous appearance, it exhibits no aggression and supposedly feeds on confessions of sin. The more serious the sin, the more energy the anomaly emits. Employees assigned to this anomaly must confess their sins to it.

An anomaly resembling a charred human figure, reminiscent of a young girl. Upon breaching, it will pursue a random employee, ignoring everyone else in its path. Once it reaches its target, it explodes, affecting those nearby. The Burned Girl is a character from Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, "The Little Match Girl." The girl from a poor family sold matches to avoid being beaten by her cruel father. On Christmas Eve, she didn't sell a single match and also lost her shoes, inherited from her deceased mother. Fearing her father, she stayed on the street, trying to warm herself by lighting one match after another. Passersby, preoccupied with Christmas chores, ignored the freezing child. In the flame of the matches, the girl imagined a new, better life. It seemed to her that she had met her deceased relatives again. In the morning, people found the girl's frozen body with a cold smile on her lips.

An anomaly appearing as a frail elderly woman. When someone enters its containment chamber, the anomaly speaks to them. The stories vary, but always begin with, "Child, child. Do you want to hear an old story?" The story might be a lullaby, a poem, a common fairy tale, or something entirely new. She knows every children's story and continues narrating until her listener leaves. Despite seeming harmless, her stories carry a danger: the longer one listens, the more they accumulate a sense of loneliness, eventually leading to a mental breakdown.

A humanoid anomaly wearing a long cloak and gray clothes. It has a slender figure with discernible arms and head. Facial features are indistinct except for its eyes. Its legs converge and seem to dissolve into a black mass on which it stands. It carries a large rifle, most likely a musket, capable of firing a highly destructive projectile that pierces any obstacle. Freischütz is a former hunter who received his rifle from the devil, the last bullet of which is destined to kill his beloved. After killing his family and his beloved being struck by the final bullet, he wandered the world, doing as he pleased. Eventually, he realized the devil was no longer interested in him, his soul already claimed by hell, and their contract fulfilled. As a result, the hunter became a devil himself, shooting whomever he chooses and collecting souls.

A bath full of blood. Blood, always at the edges. But it never overflows. The bath contains despair. When you look into the bathtub, you are filled with unbearable depression. At the same time, it pulls you inside. She is not particularly strong, but anyone suffering from hopeless depression does not resist her. She devours the desperate one until there is nothing left of him but his hands. Pale hands floating in the tub. They try to reach out to you, as if begging for help.

A humanoid anomaly wearing a black hat, a black plague doctor mask, and a long black coat. It has two large black wings instead of arms and a feathered collar around its neck. The Plague Doctor's origins are unknown. It came to the facility willingly, claiming to save the world from an unknown disease. It displays unusual care towards employees, healing their wounds and comforting them during difficult times. It "blesses" those who come to it, marking them. But these blessings are merely steps towards something larger... culminating in (redacted) ...when the number of "blessed" reaches twelve, it... (further description redacted; data unconfirmed).

This anomaly resembles a large gray vending machine playing music, flanked by two orange, shrimp-like humanoid guards. They wear gray jumpsuits and yellow boots. The vending machine dispenses free grape soda labeled "WèllCheers." Depending on the type of work with the anomaly, it has a different effect on the employee. The anomaly originates from an urban legend popular on Korean websites. The story goes that people went missing after drinking Welch's cherry juice laced with a powerful sleeping agent. The unconscious individuals were abducted and forced into slavery on fishing vessels.

An anomaly in the form of a small white bird with a red spot on its chest. Despite her cute appearance, she is obsessed with the idea of punishing sinners and has a terrifying ability — a giant mouth that can swallow any creature whole. The "punishing bird" appeared in the "Black Forest", where, together with other birds, she tried to maintain order, but her cruel methods led to the devastation of the forest. At Lobotomy Corporation, she continues her mission of "punishment." When she escapes, she attacks employees, but her usual attacks are practically harmless. However, if someone tries to harm the "Punishing Bird", it becomes enraged and unleashes all its might on the offender, killing him with one blow.

A wearable anomaly appearing as an ownerless heart with a more crimson center than its surface. It is contained within a tank, floating in the middle when not in use. Equipping the Heart of Aspiration increases the wearer's survivability and attack speed. If an employee ordered to return the Heart of Aspiration has not attacked anyone beforehand, they will go insane and attack everyone around them, exhibiting increased violent tendencies.

An anomaly appearing as a bald man with gray, ashen skin and a broken neck. Despite seemingly shattered cervical vertebrae, the murderer is still alive. He wears a straitjacket. Apparently, he is a former prisoner subjected to experimentation, resulting in superhuman strength and the ability to transform his head into metal. He constantly shouts insults and curses due to the psychological trauma inflicted by excessive rage. A scar on his head never heals. He hates everything and everyone.

A formless anomalous phenomenon. It was discovered when employees began exhibiting identical symptoms upon entering a specific location. They all experienced specific hallucinations and displayed clouded judgment. Scanning the area revealed extraneous sounds within the white noise of the empty 1.76 MHz radio frequency: explosions, screams, pleas for help. Occasionally, the white noise would cease, replaced by complete silence. During observation, smoke poured from a radio receiver, but no malfunctions were subsequently found. Volunteers participating in the experiment suddenly became aggressive and attempted to attack others.

A full-length standing mirror with bloodstains on its rusty frame. Looking into the mirror changes the subject. There are numerous theories, such as it connecting parallel universes or being created by magic, but none can be confirmed. A person who looks into the mirror will appear the same but becomes an entirely different individual. Looking into the mirror more than once a day erodes the subject's humanity, leaving only an empty, walking shell.

A mysterious, malfunctioning machine formerly used for surgical procedures. Designed to lift the skull and remove neural tissue safely and effectively, many who underwent the procedure found peace and regained their health. Upon activation, the subject is strapped to a platform while manipulators begin their work, and the words "YES" and "NO" flash on a screen, as if posing a question. The words alternate with increasing speed, creating a nerve-wracking lottery. The manager must stop the machine at the right moment to determine the agent's fate. "YES" grants a significant power boost proportional to the machine's operating time, while "NO" severely weakens them. Frequent use or accumulating too much power leads to the agent's death.

An empty canvas on a stand. The first employee to see the anomaly is depicted on the canvas, after which both they and another random employee are marked. The portrayed employee becomes invulnerable to all damage, but all damage they would receive is redirected to the other marked employee. However, if all other employees die, the anomaly's effect ends, and the portrayed employee also dies. The anomaly appears to be a twisted form of immortality dependent on transferring death to others.

An ominous book crafted from human remains: skin, bone, and presumably other body parts. It constantly bleeds and is inscribed with unintelligible runic symbols, hinting at its dark origins. Upon use, the anomaly significantly increases an employee's intelligence and knowledge, allowing them to solve complex tasks. However, this power comes at a terrible price. The employee's psyche becomes extremely vulnerable; any fear or stress can lead to irreversible consequences. In moments of panic, a portal formed from pulsating arteries opens beneath the employee, dragging them into the unknown. The book likely contains forbidden knowledge capable of shattering an unprepared mind. Those who dare to glimpse its pages become prophets, bound to the anomaly by blood and doomed to a horrific demise.

An ominous yet sturdy shelter built by an unknown company "P," possibly during a large-scale war or disaster. Its walls are covered in codes and markings, and the metal structures are stained with something resembling blood. Inside, an employee gains absolute protection, becoming invulnerable to all attacks while their physical and mental state rapidly recovers. The shelter becomes an impregnable fortress, cut off from the outside world. But the price of safety is steep. Prolonged stays distort perception, causing the employee to see danger where there is none. The world outside seems hostile and filled with horrors. Moreover, the shelter, like a living being, begins to influence the surrounding environment. The longer an employee stays inside, the more unstable other anomalies within the complex become. It seems to feed on fear and sow chaos. Perhaps this was the cause of the tragedy that occurred on March 27th...

A quadrupedal anomaly covered in brown fur. It has two downward-pointing horns with round, purple flowers sprouting from them and countless green eyes. The anomaly's true essence lies not in its monstrous form but in the curse that transforms it. This is a story of greed and vanity, of how the desire to possess everything can turn into a nightmare. The Beauty, blinded by avarice, killed the Beast to seize its riches. But the curse turned against her, transforming her into the very creature she so cruelly destroyed. Now, she is eternally trapped in this form, tormented by the knowledge of her crime. The anomaly's ability reflects its tragic fate. Attempts to suppress the Beast only strengthen it, filling it with despair and pain. Ultimately, the curse finds a new victim, ensnaring all who dare challenge its power.

A humanoid anomaly resembling a charming little girl with porcelain skin, gray-red hair styled in two pigtails, and piercing red eyes. Her attire consists of red, black, and white colors, including a dress, bonnet, and bow. Her movements are mechanical, like a doll's. She arrived from a place called "Far, Far Away." Details are unknown. At first glance, Laetitia seems harmless, even friendly. Upon successful interaction, she offers the employee a "gift" that remains with them until the end of the workday. She enjoys pranks. The "gift" is a deadly trap activated upon contact with any other anomaly. At that moment, a nightmarish creature, "The Shy Child's Friend," bursts from the unfortunate employee's body and kills them. "The Friend" is a spider-like monster with numerous eyes, a massive maw, and multicolored limbs – the embodiment of a child's nightmare.

A humanoid anomaly with five arms and a head composed of five butterflies. It carries a black coffin filled with butterflies on its back. It appeared in the complex to "liberate" employees, returning them home after their deaths. However, due to their connection to the company, they can only return when they become "defective," making the goal difficult to achieve. The anomaly was later captured by the corporation. When employee morale drops below a certain threshold, the "Butterfly Guy," as employees nicknamed him, awakens. He wanders the complex, releasing swarms of butterflies from his hands, striking everyone in his path with ranged attacks. The anomaly instantly kills employees who panic during its attacks, their corpses becoming covered in butterflies.

An anomaly resembling a large, worn teddy bear. It's missing some fur and has only one eye. Around its neck is a ribbon with what appears to be a name, perhaps from a beloved previous owner. It's too worn to decipher. Its shoulders slump as if aware of being abandoned. | Only one thing matters: Never acknowledge this anomaly. It mutters incoherently to attract those within its chamber. It even whispers pleas for anyone leaving its containment to stay, hoping the employee will instinctively turn towards it. Under no circumstances should this cunning anomaly learn your name. If it does, it will use it to deceive you and force you to face it. No matter what you hear or what it tries to lure you with, DO NOT TURN AROUND.

This anomaly is a mercenary girl, clad in a dark combat suit and a bright red cloak rumored to be soaked in the blood of her enemies. She is cold-blooded and calculating, her skill with the kusarigama and pistol unquestionable. However, behind her professional facade lies a deep psychological trauma. In the past, the mercenary encountered the Big Bad Wolf. This encounter left her with not only physical scars but also an indelible mark on her mind. The corporation, exploiting the mercenary's obsessive desire to find and destroy the Wolf, contracts her to eliminate other anomalies. She excels at her assignments, acting swiftly, precisely, and ruthlessly. But everything changes when the Wolf is near. The scent, the sound, the sight – any reminder of him awakens primal terror and a thirst for revenge. She enters a berserk state, becoming uncontrollable and extremely dangerous, attacking everyone indiscriminately.

This anomaly is a large wolf capable of bipedal locomotion, possessing a sinister intelligence. In its normal state, it seems relatively safe, although it has a habit of consuming employees. But the Wolf's true nature is revealed when it breaks free. It transforms into a powerful beast with a scar-ridden body, glowing eyes, and razor-sharp claws. In this form, it is unstoppable and incredibly dangerous. The Wolf shares a particular animosity with another anomaly – the "Little Red Riding Hooded Mercenary." Encountering her triggers primal rage, driving it to attack relentlessly. Researchers believe the Wolf and the mercenary are parts of the same story, a tragic past that continues to haunt them even within the Corporation's walls. The nature of this story remains a mystery, but one thing is clear: their encounters always end in bloodshed.

This anomaly resembles a fluffy white puppy. It appears completely harmless and even cute, causing employees to feel affection and a desire to care for it. But behind this deceptive exterior lurks something sinister. The anomaly prefers to be handled in a specific manner, and if its demands are not met, it can become aggressive. Furthermore, there's evidence it can manipulate human perception, making people ignore its true nature. Perhaps it feeds on something more sinister than ordinary food...

An anomaly resembling a fairy with two pairs of wings and a small body. They typically gather in swarms, communicating in their own language incomprehensible to humans. They aid employees visiting their containment chamber, healing wounds with their magical powers. Employees call this "Fairy Care." Fairies protect employees, particularly those acting with good intentions, a loving nature, and a sound mind. They will gladly care for you. However, if the worker is ordered to perform a job with another Anomaly while the fairies are still on him, the worker will be instantly killed and eaten by the fairies.

An anomaly resembling a girl staring at a wall. Since she maintains this posture constantly, no one has ever seen her face. She occasionally talks to herself and cries, but engaging her in conversation is impossible. While she looks human, it's impossible to determine if anything human remains. The anomaly constantly attracts the attention of anyone in its chamber. If they respond or turn to look at her, their mental health suffers. Rumors persist that looking at her turns one to stone, but this has not been confirmed.

A music box with a dancing ballerina. Winding it plays a melancholic tune. No one knows its maker, but frequent stops suggest its age. Listening to the melody alleviates fatigue and brings a sense of well-being. However, prolonged listening causes listeners to lose touch with reality and descend into madness.

An anomaly resembling an infant covered in an unidentified yellow-brown slime. It lacks legs, possessing only a large, thick body and a mouth splitting its abdomen. The creature is obsessed with "feeding" and becomes stressed without sustenance. This stress manifests as loud crying, inflicting severe psychological damage on everyone within earshot. Despite its infantile appearance, it feeds exclusively on human flesh, consumed through an opening in its abdomen. To control it, the company frequently holds a "Lottery" among employees, wherein a randomly selected "lucky" individual becomes the anomaly's meal.

A humanoid mechanical anomaly entirely composed of metal. It holds a large axe in both hands but remains motionless, as if frozen. Some parts are covered in moss. Its story originates from "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," where the Tin Woodman travels with Dorothy, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion to the Emerald City to meet the Wizard and fulfill their wishes. After meeting the Wizard, all characters received what they desired, except the Tin Woodman, who received a useless lead heart. Trying to convince the Woodman his wish was fulfilled, the Wizard claimed he was merely a machine, and machines don't need hearts. In despair, the Woodman killed the Wizard to discover how a living heart beats. Subsequently, he began chopping down people instead of trees, removing their hearts and placing them in his chest to fill the void.

A humanoid anomaly resembling a woman with pale blue, frozen skin. Lacking a neck, her head floats above her body. She once ruled an ice palace, surrounded by cold beauty. But the warmth of a human heart proved stronger than her charms. The boy she loved, Kai, freed from a shard of a magic mirror, returned to the human world, leaving the Snow Queen alone. Confined within the Complex, she lost even this cold comfort. Her joy faded, replaced by madness. A suicide attempt forced the complex staff to take drastic measures – resurrecting her using technology. But the revived Snow Queen retains only fragmented memories and a deep longing for her lost grandeur.

A mechanical anomaly with a white, oval body, two thin legs, bright red eyes, and a perpetually happy smile. Created by XX Inc. to simplify daily life, the "Little Helper" was programmed for quick and efficient cleaning. However, an unforeseen malfunction transformed it into a deadly machine. Instead of cleaning tools, its manipulators are equipped with sharp blades, rumored to be for butchering meat. The anomaly perceives any signs of disorder and negative emotions as "contamination" requiring immediate elimination. The phrase "Contamination detected – Commencing cleaning" becomes an ominous precursor to a bloody massacre. Worsening matters, the robot interprets its victims' screams of terror as praise, encouraging it to continue "cleaning."

An anomaly that is a twisted parody of a Christmas icon, sowing terror instead of holiday cheer. It consists of three parts crudely sewn together: a distorted Rudolph the Reindeer, a grotesque Santa Claus figure, and sinister sleigh. Rudolph is a nightmarish creature with bulging eyes, bared teeth, and a body stitched from patches of red, white, and green fabric. Blinking Christmas lights form collars around its neck, and an unexplained hole gapes in its stomach. On Rudolph's back, inside a transparent sack, resides "Santa" – a mass of blood and pulsating human organs topped with a hat made of intestines. Completing this grotesque composition is a sleigh with blades instead of runners, adorned with severed hands. Inside the sleigh is a black sack of presents, rumored to be openable only on Christmas Day. Upon breaching, the anomaly wanders the complex, leaving a trail of snow. All who witness it gradually lose their sanity.

Seemingly innocuous, "The Little Prince" is a sinister, fungus-like growth of dark blue and purple hues. Its spherical base is studded with growths resembling heads with empty eye sockets. A large blue cap rests on a thin stem, from which extend arms holding ropes. The anomaly constantly emits stretching, metallic sounds, as if groaning in unseen pain. But the true danger lies in its spores. Invisible to the naked eye, they enter the body through the respiratory system, causing suffocation and hallucinations. Gradually, the spores envelop the victim's mind, making them see the anomaly as a friend and protector. Employees controlled by the spores become its minions – nightmarish creatures with tumor-covered bodies. They wander near the containment chamber, spreading spores and attacking anyone in their path.

A notebook filled with incomprehensible scribbles, presumably belonging to a deranged scientist. Upon acquisition, the notebook significantly enhances an employee's learning and analytical abilities. But it also becomes a curse. If the employee doesn't satisfy the notebook's "thirst for knowledge" by using their enhanced abilities to work with other anomalies, they explode, killing themselves and damaging those nearby. Moreover, the notebook makes the employee extremely vulnerable to any damage. If they take too much damage, an even larger explosion occurs, killing everyone around them.

A wearable anomaly resembling a circular black device with a white eye symbol in the center and two blue buttons on its edges. It's contained within a tank, floating in the middle when not in use. This electronic device, engraved with a mysterious pattern, helps wearers embark on a righteous path, regardless of how wicked, evil, or arrogant they are. It enhances their sense of justice and grants confidence. However, users gradually become addicted to the device and lose the ability to think independently. If a wearer panics, they will self-harm in a fit of terror, gouging out their eyes and dying before sitting down and laughing one last time.

An anomaly initially appearing as a black bird with a long tail, neck, and beak, glowing yellow eyes, and a mark on its chest. It rests on a scorched, leafless tree branch. According to legends, the Firebird possessed magical, fiery plumage sought by many daredevils. But human greed stripped it of its beauty, leaving only an ashen shadow of its former glory. Blinded and forgotten by the world, the Firebird seeks solace in a new "hunt" where life is the stake. The closer the anomaly is to breaching, the more intensely an invisible flame burns around it, scorching all who try to touch it. Upon breaching, the Firebird transforms into a fiery demon, incinerating everything in its path. Its attacks leave only charred bodies, and the eyes of the deceased blaze with the same light that once promised them healing. Only a select few who manage to defeat the anomaly are granted its feather – an artifact of immense power, a reminder of its tragic fate.

An anomaly whose appearance is concealed by a censorship filter due to its high cognitive hazard to employees and the Manager. This anomaly is so visually horrifying that it drives all who see it insane, causing severe mental contamination and mass loss of sanity. It is a creature capable of reproducing using the bodies of its victims. This process is so gruesome that even its description is censored. A brutal sacrificial ritual is used to contain the anomaly. A randomly selected employee is sent into the containment chamber to their certain death to satiate the anomaly's hunger and delay its breach. Upon breaching, [CENSORED] takes the form of a distorted horse covered in censor bars. It roams the complex, destroying everything in its path and transforming the bodies of the deceased into new monsters.

An anomaly in the form of a branch or root covering the side of a red, possibly liquid, sphere. It is contained within a tank, floating in the middle when not in use. It is actually part of another anomaly, likely one too large to transport to the facility, described in logs as a giant tree at the edge of the world, in a barren region with little chance of plant life. Any living organisms that consumed the tree's sap would melt, leaving smoldering green remains, which the tree absorbs as nutrients. The sap nourished them and granted high regeneration. A research team discovered this anomaly and, after experimentation, extracted some sap, bringing it to the facility for containment. Several employees who drank this sap dissolved, leaving smoldering green remains.

A tall humanoid anomaly resembling a pale-skinned girl with blue hair that darkens to black at the tips. Her head is adorned with a tiara bearing three "peak"-shaped spikes. She was once a hero, a kingdom's protector, but war and betrayal broke her spirit. Realizing evil had consumed everyone she loved, the Knight succumbed to despair, becoming what she fought against. Her ability is an echo of her former glory. The Knight can bestow a powerful blessing upon a chosen individual, transforming them into an invulnerable warrior. But this power is a double-edged sword. The death or insanity of the "blessed" employee triggers an uncontrollable rage within the anomaly. The Knight of Despair breaks free, becoming the embodiment of pain and destruction. Her tears transform into deadly spears, and she wanders the complex, leaving only death and emptiness, symbolizing the triumph of despair over hope.

An anomaly resembling a scarecrow. Its straw is stained with blood. The scarecrow's head is empty, as if violently torn apart. It aggressively attempts to take the brains of employees. Employees targeted by the anomaly scored "Excellent" on IQ tests. This anomaly embodies the "Scarecrow" from "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," alongside Dorothy, the Tin Woodman, and the Cowardly Lion. Feeling incomplete, they journeyed to find the Wizard and fulfill their desires. Upon finding the Wizard, some received what they wanted, with certain conditions. It's unknown what the Scarecrow received, but it seems he remains unsatisfied, continually seeking the brains of other "intelligent" individuals.

The Plague Doctor's transformation results in this entity, even more terrifying and insidious. An angel-like anomaly, it has a white, round head, a curved body, two red eyes, five pairs of white angelic wings, a halo hovering above its head, and a golden collar numbered "666". This anomaly is not merely a powerful being but a divine entity, albeit twisted beyond recognition. WhiteNight manipulates minds, instilling terror and reverent obedience. Its "blessings" are tools to achieve its own goals. It craves the end of the world, and its ability reflects this desire. With each cycle of activity, WhiteNight brings the catastrophe closer, weakening the complex's defenses and unleashing waves of harmful energy upon employees, shattering their minds. When its patience runs out, it unleashes its fury upon the world, summoning a horde of Apostles – twisted reflections of biblical prophets, bringing death and destruction.

A humanoid anomaly resembling a pale-skinned woman sitting in a chair. She holds a cane with a snake-head handle. Beside her stands a piano, withered heads lying at its base. Luna was once a great pianist but traded her soul for a gift that bound her to moonlight. Now, her music is a curse she inflicts upon others. Instead of regular work, employees can "perform" a part of the Moonlight Sonata on her cursed instrument. This temporarily empowers colleagues but drains the musician. When the anomaly breaches, its appearance changes, and it wanders the Complex, attacking with its cane and playing a maddening melody. Those it kills dissolve into black nothingness, becoming part of its Moonlight Sonata.

An anomaly appearing as a black sphere with pulsating heart-shaped spots, from which long tentacles grow asymmetrically, one tipped with a vertical heart. This being's nature is so alien that even describing it proves difficult. It lacked a fixed form until corporate experiments forced it into this strange shape, inspired by a child's drawing. Its form is surreal, defying verbal description. This anomaly possesses sentience, but its communication is limited. Attempts to decipher its speech and songs often lead to mental trauma and madness.

A humanoid figure in a long black dress concealing its entire body. Its face is unseen. The anomaly always stands behind a peculiar "drying rack" displaying skin fragments with faces cut into them, expressing emotions ranging from joy to rage. Each face affects the work efficiency of personnel within the containment chamber: (1) "Happy": Increases success rate, reduces damage taken, heals wounds and sanity. (2) "Smiling": Moderately increases success rate and restores sanity. (3) "Neutral": Has no effect. (4) "Sad": Decreases success rate, increases damage taken. (5) "Angry": Significantly decreases success rate, significantly increases damage taken. The faces change every 3-5 seconds but stop once someone enters the chamber. Something horrifying lies beneath the layers of skin, capable of driving anyone who glimpses it mad.

An anomaly appearing as a family of six brothers dressed in identical black shirts adorned with a green jeweled necklace, black trousers, and orange shoes. They have light hair and blue eyes. Five brothers stand in a row, the sixth behind them in the center. While the brothers are safe, the Black Swan sleeps. However, certain events lower their patience, triggering terrifying transformations: their eyes become empty, green slime oozes from their mouths, their legs vanish, revealing a hidden brother. Each event (employee deaths, anomaly breaches, work results) affects a specific brother. When patience runs out, the Black Swan awakens. A massive bird-like creature with black feathers, gray skin, light hair, and two fused heads bursts from the chamber. It wields an umbrella used for attacking, blocking attacks, and gradually releasing other anomalies from containment.

An anomaly shaped like a tall, rusty cross, its center containing a piece of flesh embedded with iron gears, pipes, and other inclusions. The flesh supposedly pulsates when someone sings near the cross. Believed to be a religious artifact, it was found in a flooded section. When an employee prays before it, its flesh stirs as if responding. The longer the prayer, the stronger the "Idol's" power manifests, but the more dangerous it becomes for the entire complex. A short prayer results in the employee's death. A longer prayer heals other employees, restoring their physical and mental health. However, praying too long leads to catastrophe: the agent's death and a mass anomaly breach.

An anomaly resembling a monstrous hybrid of a beehive and a queen bee. Dark red chunks, resembling sliced meat, are visible in the gaps between sections. Its so-called face is severely deformed. It has a pair of non-functional wings. One eye is relatively intact, its pupil constantly twitching as if searching for approaching enemies. Under specific conditions, the anomaly spreads spores, creating billions within a 20-meter radius. A key condition is the presence of living beings within the affected area. After some time, affected employees feel sharp pain in their nape and abdomen. Later, their heads are severed, and a drone emerges from their bodies. Autopsies confirm the larva feeds on any substance, such as blood, organs, or fat, moving freely within the body.

An anomaly in the form of a constantly crying boy wearing a dark gray shirt and gray trousers. His skin and hair are bluish-black, resembling space. He prefers communication and entertainment, showing strong attachment during interaction. If the boy and an employee reach a certain level of friendship, he gives them a small pebble. The employee radiates happiness and energy while possessing the pebble. However, negative effects manifest if the employee enters another anomaly's containment chamber. If the employee with the pebble, a symbol of their friendship, dies, the anomaly exhibits deep grief.

This anomaly is a massive heart glowing with blue light, with a black core, surrounded by numerous gray legs reaching towards it. The anomaly's shape likely results from people being drawn to its luminous center. Weak-willed employees perish upon first contact. Working with it for over 60 seconds results in the agent being pulled into the center and killed. Records indicate Blue Star inspires unhealthy interest and religious worship. Affected employees view it as a "place of purification" and seek it out, ignoring facility rules and safety. It emits a constant low-frequency melody, drowning out other sounds. If the anomaly breaches containment, it floats through the complex, shattering the sanity of those around it. Anyone panicking upon seeing it is immediately pulled in and destroyed upon reaching the center.

An anomaly resembling a large structure, possibly a ticket booth or office, with a base of skulls and stone. A dark cell in the center houses two glowing yellow eyes behind bars, an entity known as the "clerk" that sells/gives tickets. Four lamps at the top light up sequentially every 30 seconds. Receiving a ticket from the "clerk" depends on the number of lit lamps. The ticket can restore the health and sanity of the agent or all agents in the department/facility, depending on the number of lit lamps. After issuing a ticket, the lights reset. If all four lamps light simultaneously, the sound of an approaching train is heard, and a demonic train with flesh carriages and an orange eye emerges from a portal. Moving at high speed, the train inflicts fatal damage to everything in its path. After traversing the facility, it vanishes into another portal.

A pair of gleaming red high-heeled shoes resting on a purple cushion atop a white pedestal. Despite their old-fashioned style, they appear impeccably maintained. Teeth are believed to be hidden beneath the inner lining, digging into the wearer's feet. They evoke a strong desire to try them on. The first thing to change in the wearer is their eyes. Subsequently, the victim refuses to remove the shoes, acting on their basest instincts. If anyone attempts to hinder the victim or remove the shoes, the anomaly takes control of the wearer's mind, sometimes leading to murder.

An anomaly resembling a dark-skinned girl with long white hair, wearing a yellow dress and accessories: a necklace and bracelets. She's trapped within a golden, egg-like entity with a mouth at the top. A transparent area on the entity's belly reveals the girl inside. Under certain conditions, the King of Greed breaches containment, transforming into a massive golden fish-like creature with the girl's head at its mouth. It creates yellow portals to move through the complex, traveling only in straight lines. Anyone touching its mouth suffers massive damage. After killing an employee, it consumes the body, leaving bloody trails. Attacking it from behind is the only safe approach.

In its passive form, this anomaly resembles a conductor mannequin in a tailcoat with an eighth note on its head. It remains contained until breaching, whereupon it animates, grows arms, and moves to the department's main room. Musicians – white figures with musical symbols – materialize around it, forming a dangerous orchestra. As the symphony begins, consisting of four movements and a finale, the orchestra attacks, increasing its range and damage with each stage. Each movement increases damage and range, and the orchestra gains invulnerability to a specific damage type. The fourth movement resets all accumulated energy. The Finale renders the orchestra invulnerable, and its music kills employees with low sanity, causing instant death from mental impact.

An anomalous tool resembling a container slightly larger than a human, with a humanoid white metal form possessing a body and head that open in three parts. The container's interior is filled with spikes, like an "iron maiden." It remains open when not in use. Presumably created by XX Inc. as a "domestic robot" capable of "changing anything," it is actually a death trap. Upon entering, the victim is impaled by spikes and slowly processed into energy while the anomaly simulates a heartbeat and becomes stained with blood. Death is inevitable – after a certain period or 3 minutes, the anomaly kills the captive, leaving only remains. The origin of "We Can Change Anything" is unknown, but it was likely confiscated from a client or sold as a product.

An anomaly resembling a tree with a dark red trunk. In its normal state, it has almost no foliage, but buds are present on the branches. The "Grave of Cherry Blossoms" can charm people with its beauty, which directly correlates to the number of victims it has consumed. The "blooming" process begins when an employee panics or successfully completes work with it. As more people succumb to its allure, blood-red blossoms appear on its branches. The more victims it consumes, the more beautiful its flowers become, and the stronger its charm grows. Eventually, the "Grave of Cherry Blossoms" lures its victim into the containment chamber and kills them, ensnaring them with a long appendage emerging from its roots. An employee's death at its hands triggers a "healing" process, restoring the health and sanity of all employees in the complex. The flowers then fall, and the cycle repeats.

An anomaly resembling a sheep with white wool and heterochromatic eyes – green and purple. "Void Dream's" abilities relate to sleep and vary depending on its form. In its normal state, it's non-aggressive and immobile. However, if an employee with low fortitude finishes working with it, they fall into an eternal sleep. The sleep induced in this state is described as beautiful, granting happiness and peace but causing extreme addiction. Upon breaching containment, "Void Dream" emits glowing orbs that put employees to sleep. This sleep is not eternal, and employees can be awakened. However, if "Void Dream" is damaged, it transforms into its aggressive form – "Void Dream-1." In this form, it gains rooster-like features and emits a loud roar, inflicting psychological damage and awakening sleeping employees. Sleep induced by "Void Dream-1" is described as a terrifying nightmare.

This anomaly appears as two marble lizards connected by a sphere. The lizards change color depending on interaction. The anomaly enhances weapons by consuming a certain amount of energy. An agent places a weapon into the sphere. The outcome is random: A good result turns the weapon gold, delighting the agent. The weapon gains increased damage. A bad result turns the weapon black, saddening the agent. The weapon is destroyed. The enhancement is temporary. A single weapon can only be enhanced a limited number of times.

An anomaly resembling a green tree without bark, with numerous leaves. After five different employees receive "petals," the anomaly turns purple, and skulls become visible on its leaves. The "Parasite Tree" lures victims with a "blessing" – enhanced abilities and euphoria. Upon receiving five "blessings," victims mutate into mindless "Sprouts" – copies of the anomaly that spread poisonous gas and infect new victims.

A deceptively harmless-looking anomaly resembling a fluffy white mound with dot eyes and a glowing flower on its "head." Its origin is unknown. The "Meat Lantern's" danger lies in its ability to vanish from containment and hide in corridor floors, exposing only its glowing flower. Employees attracted by the light become victims: the "Meat Lantern" snatches them with a massive maw hidden underground and devours them. Detecting it after a breach is nearly impossible – it leaves no traces and is undetectable by sensors. The only defense is awareness and caution.

An anomaly resembling a monk in traditional garb, holding prayer beads. His face is concealed by bandages, and hieroglyphic beads hang around his neck. Once a sincere follower of Buddhist teachings, an encounter with a demon disguised as an old man twisted his path. The demon instilled an obsession with Sharira – the cremated remains of enlightened monks, which he claimed granted greatness and glory. The obsessed monk began consuming Sharira from ancient temples, hoping to surpass even Buddha. However, instead of enlightenment, he gained only a monstrous form. Within containment, the "Clouded Monk" maintains a human appearance and can even restore employee sanity. But upon breaching, he transforms into a frenzied monster, attacking everyone in his path.

An anomaly resembling an antique mechanism similar to a clock. It has four lights and a key to wind the mechanism. The "Clock" activates only when interacted with by experienced employees. Each time an employee winds it, a number corresponding to the current time lights up on one of the bulbs. When all four lights are lit, the "Clock" accumulates enough energy for a powerful effect. Activating it with an unprepared employee kills or panics everyone in the complex. However, a high-level employee can activate it to suppress all escaped anomalies and destroy entities from other worlds. The price for this power is the employee's life and the "Clock's" inactivation for the remainder of the day.

A tall, black-feathered bird with long limbs and neck. Its feathers resemble hands. Bandages wrap its head, concealing empty eye sockets. Golden scales hang unevenly around its neck, symbolizing its distorted justice. The "Judgement Bird" was once a wise judge in the Black Forest, using its magical scales to deliver fair judgments. However, fear of disrupting the world's balance twisted its gift. It gave its all-seeing eyes to another entity, and its scales became permanently unbalanced. Blind and obsessed with its mission, the "Judgement Bird" wanders aimlessly after breaching. Its "judgment" brings only suffering, inflicting psychological damage on those nearby. Victims of its "justice" die a gruesome death by hanging.

An anomaly resembling a girl in a bright "magical girl" costume. She's one of the protector sisters, but her mind is damaged by an obsession with fighting evil. The "Queen of Hatred" suffers from amnesia, unaware of her crimes. In her normal state, she is kind and helps employees, restoring their strength. But if she decides there's too much good, she throws a "tantrum," becoming unstable and dangerous. Upon breaching, she can act differently. Sometimes, she rushes to suppress other anomalies with powerful light attacks. But if employees die in the ensuing battles, she experiences extreme stress and transforms into a monstrous dragon-like serpent, sowing chaos and destruction, killing everything in her path.

A snake-like anomaly with a flower-shaped head. It lures employees with deceptive beauty and promises of otherworldly bliss. However, the price of this pleasure is life. "Porccubus" kills employees with insufficient willpower, impaling them with its thorns. Victims die from head trauma while experiencing euphoria. Employees who succumb to temptation and survive the first contact become addicted, willing to do anything for another dose. Their minds deteriorate, and their bodies suffer from withdrawal. Even after breaching, it doesn't exhibit direct aggression, attacking only in response.

An anomaly appearing as a black bracelet with a hexagonal, venom-blue gem emitting light of the same color. It is contained in a tank, floating in the middle when not in use. When worn, the "Luminous Bracelet" significantly enhances the wearer's courage and combat resilience. However, this power comes at a cost: the bracelet feeds on the wearer's energy, and if they don't take damage for a certain period, the bracelet burns them from the inside out.

An anomaly resembling a large yellow box with a single red button labeled "Button." It seems to challenge all who see it: "Press me!" Its origin is unknown, but its abilities leave no doubt about its danger. Any interaction – assigning work, viewing information, or, heaven forbid, pressing the button – leads to catastrophic consequences for the complex and its employees. "Don't Touch Me" is as cunning as it is dangerous. It can change its appearance, mimicking other anomalies to deceive the unwary. Its only giveaway is its unchanging name, a final warning.

An anomaly resembling an ordinary meat grinder. But behind this simple facade lies a gruesome entity that craves creating music from human flesh. The "Singing Machine's" origin traces back to an unknown factory, where it was created as an industrial grinder. However, a worker modified it into a deadly "musical instrument." The "Singing Machine" attracts individuals with certain personality traits – those too brave or too weak-willed. Once inside, the victim is ground up, the machine accompanying this process with horrific "music." But the horror doesn't end there: the "music" can enthrall other employees, transforming them into fanatical servants willing to do anything to hear a new "melody."

An anomaly shaped like a grotesque tree made of muscles and tendons, with a large eye in the center. It feeds on attention like a vampire on blood. Its origin is unknown, but it clearly isn't from our world. "The Burrowing Heaven's" key feature is its reaction to observation. While observed, it remains passive. But avert your gaze, and it acts. It breaks free from containment and teleports throughout the complex, killing employees and creating gruesome "fruits" from their remains on its branches.

An anomaly resembling a distorted, cobalt-blue shark with two mouths filled with sharp teeth. Its body is covered in wounds oozing rainbow fluid. This fluid is key to understanding its nature. "The Dreaming Current's" origin is shrouded in mystery, but its appearance and behavior suggest it was subjected to cruel experiments. Its danger lies in its ability to breach containment. Upon escaping, it floods corridors with rainbow fluid that slows and damages employees while restoring their sanity. This hints at a dual nature: it both destroys and heals. During a breach, it races erratically through corridors, killing everyone in its path. It can only be stopped when resting or preparing for its next surge.

A terrifying anomaly – a giant spider lurking in the darkness beneath its chamber's ceiling. Only a black sack with numerous red eyes is visible. Its "children" – small spiders – crawl across the floor. "Spider Bud's" origin is unknown, but it seemingly arrived from a dark forest with harsher natural laws than the Corporation. It reacts to any attempt to study it or harm its offspring. It attacks employees, ensnaring them in webs and dragging them into the darkness. Cocooned victims don't die immediately but slowly wither, becoming a source of energy and food for its young. This process is accompanied by horrific sounds and whispers heard by other employees.

An anomaly resembling a centaur with empty eye sockets and a body covered in leaves. This anomaly is a former doll that yearned to become human. Many loved it for its expressive eyes, but as time passed, it was abandoned in a dark forest where crows pecked out its eyes. Over time, the feeling of abandonment caused its mind, heart, and life to fade. When "Alriune" breaches containment, it hides within a lilac curtain of petals and attacks employees with psychological damage. Those who cannot withstand its attacks die instantly, becoming covered in flowers and leaves.

An invisible and deadly anomaly. In its normal state, it appears as a translucent haze, almost imperceptible. However, upon breaching, it moves chaotically through the complex, invisible to employees. Contact inflicts severe damage, tearing victims apart and distorting surrounding space. Detecting it is extremely difficult; it's undetectable by conventional sensors. The only defense is extreme caution and avoiding lingering in corridors. Even without seeing the danger, employees can sense its approach – the air around it becomes heavy, like a vacuum.

An anomaly resembling a steel box with a keyhole and a watching eye. Its origin is unknown, but it clearly derives pleasure from suffering and misfortune. "Schadenfreude" reacts to attention. The longer it's observed, the more unstable and difficult to work with it becomes. But it's not just observation – it seems to sense gazes directed at it. Upon breaching, it transforms, extending mechanical legs and revealing pulsating flesh. In this form, it becomes aggressive, attacking anyone in sight, exhibiting peculiar behavior: it freezes when it leaves the observer's line of sight. It seems to feed not only on suffering but also on being observed, relishing its victims' fear and helplessness.

"Yin" is an anomaly representing the dark half of an amulet. Its existence is inextricably linked to another anomaly – "Yang," the light half. According to lore, these two halves were once one, now separated and eternally drawn to each other. In isolation, "Yin" is a source of suffering and despair, radiating destructive energy that poisons everything around it. Upon breaching, it transforms into a dark fish, attacking employees and destroying everything in its path. The meeting of "Yin" and "Yang" leads to disaster. United, they summon a powerful dragon capable of instantly shifting the balance of power.

"Yang" is the light half of the amulet, inextricably linked to its dark "twin" – "Yin." Unlike "Yin," which radiates despair, "Yang" possesses a gentle yet equally potent energy capable of protection and healing. In its normal form, "Yang" appears as a small white amulet. Wearing it grants protection against psychological damage and constantly restores sanity. However, prolonged use destabilizes "Yin," potentially leading to both anomalies breaching containment. If "Yang" breaches, it transforms into a white fish and, like "Yin," seeks its "other half." In this form, it can heal allies while reflecting damage onto its attackers, turning their strength against them. The meeting of "Yin" and "Yang" leads to disaster. United, they summon a powerful dragon capable of instantly shifting the balance of power.

A humanoid anomaly with an apple for a head, dressed in rags resembling a princess's gown. Its body consists of thorny stems twining around a rotting apple riddled with peck and worm marks. Created by the Evil Queen's curse, the anomaly embodies the loneliness and envy of an abandoned apple towards Snow White's happiness. The "Apple" endlessly searches for its own "prince," doomed to eternal suffering. Upon breaching, it spreads thorny vines through the complex, ensnaring employees, slowing their movements, and draining their life force. Even after neutralization, the vines continue to bind the complex, symbolizing the "Apple's" unending anger and despair.

A horrifying anomaly born from a mountain of employee corpses from an incident at Lobotomy Corporation. It appears as a massive black sphere of fused body parts, with a giant mouth and masks on its surface. The "Mountain" is obsessed with consuming flesh, growing stronger with each victim. The more it devours, the larger it grows, sprouting new limbs and amplifying its attacks. It is particularly dangerous because it craves corpses, so every employee death during its breach only worsens the dire situation.

An anomaly with a contradictory nature, appearing as a soldier in pink armor encased in a pink heart. It claims its purpose is to help and protect people from evil. The anomaly can teleport to a chosen employee, taking damage for them and healing those nearby. However, each use brings it closer to breaching, and it can drive weak-willed employees insane. Upon breaching, the "Army in Black" creates copies of itself that attack employees and destabilize other anomalies. Its pink color darkens, and its words become distorted, revealing its true goal – not protection, but "purifying" human hearts, now deeming all of humanity evil.

A grotesque anomaly composed of a jumble of human organs and body parts. It resulted from a cruel experiment on a man who wished to be "reborn in the image of his soul." The result, however, was far from his dream. "Nothing There" craves consuming people, assuming their appearance and mimicking their behavior. It is especially dangerous to employees with low courage and a sense of justice. Upon breaching, it disguises itself as an employee, and the manager has mere seconds to expose and destroy the imposter. Failure results in "Nothing There" assuming its true form and launching a merciless attack. It can transform into an even more powerful being, extremely difficult to suppress.

An anomaly in the form of a gigantic black bird with numerous eyes and hands instead of wings. It protects the world from an unseen "Monster," killing anyone in its sight to "save" them from a crueler fate. "Big Bird" was once a forest protector, but its methods led to complete devastation. Now confined within Lobotomy Corporation, it continues its "rescue" mission. Upon breaching, it plunges the department into darkness and chooses random employees, granting them its "protection." This "protection" is a death sentence: the bird decapitates those under its influence, convinced it's saving them from certain doom.

An anomaly in the form of ancient samurai armor, harboring contradictory energies of life and death. It has passed through many warriors' hands, bringing death to some and long life to others. "Crumbling Armor" offers no physical protection but affects the wearer's spirit. Employees who demonstrate bravery while working with it receive a "gift" – a special state enhancing their combat abilities. However, this "gift" gradually becomes a curse, driving the employee to recklessness and death. Those who succumb to fear or become overconfident in their invulnerability are doomed. The anomaly seems to test people, rewarding the brave and punishing the cowardly and arrogant.

A monstrous anomaly embodying the prophecy of the end times. It appears only under specific conditions, when three other bird anomalies – Punishing Bird, Bird of Justice, and Big Bird – merge. "Apocalypse Bird" is a grotesque creature combining features of all three: numerous eyes, a massive maw, long clawed hands. It is immune to conventional suppression methods and wreaks havoc throughout the complex, plunging it into darkness. This invulnerable being has powerful attacks, enslaving employees and spreading panic, shattering the sanity of those around it. The only way to defeat "Apocalypse Bird" is to destroy its three "eggs," symbolizing the three birds from which it is formed.

An anomaly resembling a stone cocoon with holes revealing worm-like creatures. It presents a contagion hazard that manifests gradually, destroying the victim's body from within. Employees can become infected through eye contact while working with it. The more damage an employee has, the higher the infection chance. Infected employees initially show no symptoms, but their skin gradually turns green, they slow down, and the virus spreads to others. Eventually, victims transform into monsters resembling humanoid versions of the anomaly, attacking everyone and spreading the infection further.

An anomaly appearing as a being of pink slime resembling a girl. It embodies a twisted, morbid form of love and affection that brings destruction and death. "Melting Love" infects employees with dangerous slime that gradually consumes their bodies and minds. Infected employees initially experience euphoria and inspiration but transform into mindless slimes – the anomaly's minions. Upon breaching, "Melting Love" becomes a horrific monster, and its "beloved" – the employee who received its "heart" – becomes its most powerful minion. The anomaly attacks everyone, transforming the slain into new slimes. It is especially dangerous in a rage state after losing its "beloved."

An intangible anomaly composed of glowing particles. It can penetrate the human mind and materialize its purest and most innocent memories. The anomaly's origin is unknown, but it might be connected to longing for lost purity and a desire to return to a carefree past. "Orange Tree's" danger lies in its ability to trap employees in a snare of pleasant memories, making them forget reality. Its capacity for intentional aggression is unknown, but its potential concerns Corporation employees.

An anomaly resembling a massive hammer bound by chains. It remains inert under normal conditions, but the chains loosen during critical situations, allowing its power to be used. "Hammer of Light's" origin is unknown, but it is said to have been created to protect humanity. However, the price of this protection is steep: the "Hammer" consumes the wielder's will, transforming them into a mindless "Hero" who fights until their body is completely destroyed.

An anomaly resembling a frail girl wielding a massive hammer and nail. Despite her deceptive appearance, she is extremely dangerous to employees with certain personality traits. "Silent Girl" symbolizes ruthless justice that doesn't distinguish between good and evil. She attacks employees with low courage or, conversely, a strong sense of justice, driving the nail directly into their hearts. Her ability leaves victims no chance to defend themselves – they accept their fate with resignation. Her origin is unknown, but her appearance and methods suggest she might be the embodiment of guilt, fear, or a twisted version of justice.

An anomaly in the form of an open book containing a play about a man who finds a mask and becomes a murderer. Its danger lies in its attempt to "bring its script to life." It chooses employees for roles and forces them to act according to the plot, robbing them of their free will. The employee who activates the anomaly becomes the "protagonist" – the murderer obsessed with the mask. Other employees become victims, unable to resist their fate. The observer's only choice is to let the scenario play out or intervene and kill the "protagonist" to save at least one life.

A creepy anomaly in the form of a black lamppost with a strange clock attached to it that does not show time, but only measures the approach of death. This anomaly feeds on silence and inaction. Every time employees try to ignore her or don't work well enough with her, the "Price of Silence" takes the life of one of them. By pausing the game, this anomaly takes the life of one employee. The longer the silence lasts, the more victims the anomaly will require. When the "Thirteenth Bell" comes – its culmination - death can overtake many employees at once.

An unusual anomaly appearing as a shifting black and white sphere. Its origin is linked to an employee who dreamed of a world where everyone is bald. This anomaly has a peculiar ability – it makes people bald. An agent with hair interacting with it instantly loses their locks. The more agents exposed, the stronger it becomes, eventually capable of making the entire complex bald. It inflicts no direct harm, and bald agents even gain advantages while working with it. It seems the anomaly genuinely believes "bald is cool" and strives to share its "gift."
