Everyone, Shalom, a month ago, well, like a month, a month will be tomorrow, in general, I decided to give up alcohol and cigarettes, and I'll tell you about it, why I decided to quit, how it affected me, and the reason why I decided to conduct a certain "quest", in general, let's go.
Let's start with the fact that September started with apathy for me, I just didn't want to do anything after work and starting school, so basically the whole of September passed for me, I didn't get used to this condition for a long time and it passed quickly, but in September I didn't even...
In general, in September, I drank for three days in a row, namely from the 21st to the 24th (I honestly don't remember, maybe one day just went away and then I didn't drink), in short, after a three-day binge, I got fucked up and the morning after 3 days I decided to give up alcohol and cigarettes on a slight hangover.
As for the real reasons, in fact, I already tried to quit, but I couldn't and I broke down, but mostly everything was separate, such as giving up alcohol or cigarettes, but I couldn't, mostly these failures are related to my campaign, since everyone smokes and drinks heavily in my campaign I don't have any other kents, and it's okay with these, but alcohol and cigs take a lot of money, and I'm sorry for my health, and what's more, I'm sorry for this time, the time that I spend on drinking, I can spend on some more valuable things, time has just become the most a weighty argument from all of the above, which is why I stopped drinking for a month.
So, the difficulties, they arose on the 25th, it was on that day that I started the challenge, and what are the difficulties? And the fact is that on this day all my kents were going to drink, they decided not to even pair up, and I, like Chris, went to pair up, after sitting alone, I realized that there was nothing interesting there and decided to join the feast only in the role of a non-drinker (it was a mistake), so the Kents called me on a pair and definitely not we were glad + they were already tipsy, in the end, since I was the last one to come, they bullied me, they also offered me a drink, but I clearly refused, saying that I didn't leave after yesterday, but the kents were pressuring me with drinks, etc., in theory, my plans were just to go out for a couple and go home, but I'm a fool, I should have supported the campaign. In the middle of the feast, Kent, who was close to me, asked the true reason why I decided not to drink, which was also a mistake in its own way, since later Chekhov's gun would go off, and he would forget this true reason and I would already say it throughout the campaign, where I had a conflict with another Kent against this background, as he began to speak about what's the point of this, what will this month give you, you've already tried to quit, in general, you understand, in the end, I didn't drink or smoke all day, and if you take the rest of the month, then my friends got used to my monthly tie and didn't touch me anymore, so the difficulties besides I didn't feel the first day.(well, except maybe today, since today I'm still in the "tie", today I can't drink, and today my brother's doctor, it didn't work out).
What did I get from this "excrement", but nothing in general,
Did I feel better? - no.
Has my sleep improved? - No, maybe I started falling asleep even worse.
Of course, I didn't measure my data and didn't go for an examination before and after, but I didn't notice any improvements (maybe I just spent less money).
As for whether I'll drink after this long month, most likely yes, but smoke...probably not, you should give up smoking early.
In short, this is the end, will I advise someone on this challenge, no, if you are a fierce buharik, then yes, a month without buhich is a normal topic, and whitefish is generally a tough enemy, it's just a bad habit that brings me nothing in life, but only takes money and health, in general, think those.
Which is better?0
